In class fight

During my student teaching a fight erupted suddenly between two girls as they were walking past each other. By the time I reached them and attempted to break them apart, I had managed to fling myself across a table and cut my hand. It was very frightening. I will never come between a fight again. I not only put myself at risk, but other students. It's hard-- because my instinct to help kicks in.
