Still Looking Too

I feel your frustration. I too have been passed over many times, twice in a building that I worked at for 3 years. It is maddening since they came to me and wanted to know if I would be interested to interview for the positions that were open. I just don'tknow what people want anymore. My husband has been out of work for quite some time now and trying to feed a family of five on sub or assistant pay doesn't cut it if you know what I mean. I am not giving up yet, and I believe that I will someday get a teaching job. Don't give up guys, I am probably much older than most candidates, and I am still going for the brass ring. Stay positive!!
