Make up folder

I have some folders to use when students are absent. They are put on the students desk ,and all the papers we do in class are put in the folder along with homework papers. A student sitting in front or behind the student is in charge of putting the papers in the folder. All test papers or graded papers I keep in a separate folder. The parent usually picks the students work up sometime that day .When the student returns he or she puts the folder on my desk with the work completed.
