she misses out on a lot of staff meetings because they are ususally held in the morning...so you can see that problem....

also she misses announements that come in over the intercom....you know the ones at 3:45 that say can you all come in at 8:15 for a quick special staff meeting in the morning....

our district has social dues ( for things like staff weddings, hostipalization, retirement etc) and she has to pay in both buildings....Christmas gifts for 2 bosses....
