What a Shame

Maybe teachers are stressed out it is because a system you are using isn't working anymore or more demands are being placed on the teacher. Maybe a structure that used to work for them isn't working anymore because they are
changing. It is so sad to see that teachers believe that our school systems are "screwed up beyond reform" it is precisely that attitude which will prevent reform from happening. By the way...a teacher can never do too much work. I speak from experience. There is far too much left undone as it is! Frankly, I think too many teachers only do enough to get by and that is why our system is

lacking. I am not saying all teachers, but I know there are those out there that teach without heart, creativity and desire. It is a shame that there are people out there who think things are hopeless. It is those people who stand in the way of people who think anything is possible and the possibilities are endless. I hope that was just burn out talking and not your real feelings.
