I'm so sorry that you got such a reception to the plan. Like someone already mentioned, you may be surprised. My experience was quite the opposite with my administration and her response was that she was really interested in seeing how it worked this year. So in a sense I am piloting it at my school. Hey, what is the daily "pledge" that you referred to in your post? I don't remember reading about that in Marshall's book, but then I might have been mulling something else at the time. Good luck on your interview process. I'll keep you in my thoughts.
