While there are some great programs and ideas out there, often it is a method of trial and error until you find the system that works best for you. And even then you can have a perfect system in place, the students respond well to it, the Principal thinks you are doing great, and THEN you get that one student that nothing seems to work with. And you start all over again finding new ideas, etc.,

One of the best websites I have come across is this one.

If you have a difficult student this site has great ideas on it on how to deal with almost any type of behaviour.
