Jungle decorations
By Andrea

Clip to ScrapBook
Hi Micha,
I just decorated my class for a rain forest unit. The kids helped me out a lot and it turned out really nice. I used different colors of green construction paper to make giant leaves (fold paper in half and make almost a heart shape, then draw veins on each leaf with a green marker). To make jungle vines cut open brown paper bags (discard bottom) and roll up. Then have kids twist the roll as much as they can. Join together one or two and staple to bulletin board or hang from ceiling. After putting leaves and vines on the board, I hung rubber snakes, lizards, and frogs all over.
I hope that this helps you out!
