boards

Renee,
What a terrible place for your stationary tables! Maybe you could fix a bulletin board there that you do not have to change. Two years ago, I had the same problem--not because tables were in my way, but because
I didn't have a bulletin board where I needed it. Here are two things that I did:
1. I bought an oblong table cloth, cut the rounded corners off, and hot glued it to the wall. I then attached the calendar and other stationary items with double stick tape. The calendar numbers were attached each day with sticky tack.

2. I went to Wal-Mart and bought several rectangular foam boards

(found where the poster board is) and attached them to the wall with double stick tape. Instant bulletin board!

Other (space saving) ideas:
1. Could you mount your meeting board things on the side of a filing cabinet or back of a book case?

2. Could you mount it on a folding room divider?

3. Could you put your meeting board in a pocket chart and hang it from one of those rolling chart holders?

4. If you have shades on your windows, maybe you could mount the calendar one of them.

I hope this will help you.
Farrah
