We have an open house the day before school starts. The principle has a meeting with all the parents and then they are sent to our classsrooms to meet with us. Sometime you only have a few and sometimes you may have 10 or 15 at a time. I write up an agenda or list of important things I feel I need to discuss with parents. For example: rules and routine, consequences, etc. This way I won't forget anything. I hope this will helps.
