Questions

Clip to ScrapBook
Katie,
I would ask him if they have a faculty handbook that would have information for you regarding dress code, sick days (who to call and by what time), school-wide discipline plan, what the general homework policy is
for your school, procedure for sending trouble students to office, what the pick-up in the morning and dismissal routines are, etc... All the little things you need to know, but don't always remember to ask. The faculty handbook I received was priceless when it came to the small things. You might also ask him for another faculty member's home phone number that you could contact to meet
with before school begins. This way you could ask that person questions as they arise (or maybe you'll have a mentor teacher available to you). There may even be a student handbook that you'd like to read to know what is expected of the students.

It just always seems that there are so many procedural things that you don't know about each diff. school.
Good luck tomorrow!
