Here's how I would reply....
By Jenny

Clip to ScrapBook
I think that this is a silly question, but I've been asked TONS of irrelevant questions at interviews (my fave t.v. shows, etc.) Anyway, I think that I would respond by stopping by the p.pals office and letting him know
that I have a dr.'s appt. If it was an urgent matter with him, then I'd talk for a bit and suggest that we finish the talk in the morning. I would probably leave a message for the coworker in her box saying that I'd call her when I finished with my appt. or I'd stop in her room and let her know I'd call her asap. As for the parent, I'd probably call as soon as I got home in the evening.
I wouldn't want to be rude to the people who left messages, but if they truely were of an urgent matter, then the parent would've been directly connected to you, the teacher would've stopped by your office, and the principal would have sought you out to speak with you. So, I guess what I'm saying is...I'd let the people know that I got their messages, but I would also let them know that I had to go and I would set up a time after my dr. appt. or the next day to speak with them. Hope this helps...
