disappointment
By Helen

Clip to ScrapBook
My biggest disappointment this year was knowing that I had no control over what went on outside of school. My children would try very hard in the class, and then not be acknowledged at home. Positive notes and calls fell on deaf ears. After a while, kids stopped bringing home those wonderful papers and their work slipped. This year I am making parent committment a priority. I don't know how I would word this in an interview, or even if you feel the same. I guess for a question like that, you should give the disappointment with a brief overview, then supply a solution. Interviewers like it when you have a solution to various problems. Hope this made sense.
