I attended one of MM's workshops last year. It was good. Iwas also guilty of rewarding with monetary things and at times bribing the children. What I have found is when a childa exhibits a bad behavior the other children would tell what level they are on so, after awhile it took a form of it's own and allowed alot more time to teach!
