Hi! In my 3rd grade classroom, I covered a piece of poster board with the help wanted section of the newspaper and them laminated job tiltles on top of it with a large cut out of the Help wanted letters. The kids really like it and then I laminate stars with each child's name and rotate each month.Hope this is helpful!!
