Just a quick comment to what you said about the negative teacher and summer vacation. I agree with you on wanting to be a better teacher, and I also would point out that I "do school work" during summer break because I enjoy it!!! I love teaching and I don't mind finding ways to be better at it! So sad that you have to work with teachers like that.
