Taboo
By Tina

Clip to ScrapBook
If premarital sex was still as taboo as it was before sex ed was introduced into schools, we still would not need it.

I'm not saying that some wonderful things haven't happened as a result of sex ed. More women have more choices because of "the pill." That was once a taboo subject, and it still is in many circles. I think women especially have benefitted from having sex education in schools. I really am not a proponent of "ignorance is bliss." However, the homosexual discussion that the "JJ" teacher had with her class is not one that I hope my kids will ever have to sit in on...I just think sometimes there's a fine line between properly educating and improperly exposing.
