Here's a probable reason

]]@I don't admit to being perfect. But I didn't have the bad experiences substituting or student
teaching.

Could the reason for your success at subbing and student teaching be because you had a group of students someone else had the skill with which to establish a managed classroom? You were with their students, not your own. You were in the environment they created, not one that you created. Try some introspection--the best quality teachers can have. When you move beyond blaming others for your own failures, you will be a teacher worth rehiring.
