Hi, Ken, good to hear from you! Your bathroom tile setting sounds challenging to me. I also can relate to considering undertaking academic pursuits at a more mature age. But I think it's helpful to think about what is important to you, not if the money spent will balance with the years of earning potential left. Of course, that is if it isn't a hardship to finance the education. Just food for thought, like you hadn't thought of that already! Good luck with that bathroom remodelling project!
