I also created a template on the computer that I simply "fill in" each week & then print. Since I teach Early Childhood, we do a lot of centers & crafts. I print out a breakdown of each day's centers & the required materials & instruction for running that center. I keep a copy in my planner & post a copyon the supply cabinet for my aide. In this way, my aide knows exactly what to prepare for each day and how to help run the centers. This is great for subs, either for me or my aide, as everything is right there in detail.
