I've always been told to go to nrwel.com for that info, but I just went there to check it out and found resources such as a video, workshop opportunities, etc. I'm not sure that's what you are looking for -- I know it was not what I was hoping to find. Then I went to my trusty old readinglady.com and found posters that you can download and print as teaching aids, one poster for each trait. There is also a list of books that relate to the six traits if you are interested in buying.
