1) Give students frequent positive feedback, praise, and attention when they are displaying
2) don't use "threats" that you might not be able to follow through with These are generally some of the guidelines we were given...hope it helps. I've never been asked any too many unusual interview questions...usually stuff like "tell me about yourself" and "what is your biggest challenge in teaching" something along those guidelines. You may be prepared to attest to any experience with Individual Ed. Plans. and writing goals and objectives. You'll do great...hope this helps
