Summer School Reading By Ann

I am teaching an 8th grade summer class and my LMC director recommended a good historical fiction book. IT's a new Caudill. It is entitled FEVER 1793. The author is Laurie Halse Anderson. It is based in 1793 in Philadelphia during the yellow fever break out. The story follows a 14-yr old girl.

It is a middle grade level book.The 29 chapters are only 5-8 pages long.
