Here's one way I contact my reg ed teachers

One way that I keep in touch with what's happening in the regular ed room is with a weekly keep in touch note. I print it up on vibrant paper so it really leaps out at you. I do this because teachers misplace things
and this is easy to eyeball in a paper stacked desk. I made this check sheet as teacher friendly as possible so they would actually fill it our and return it to me.
On this paper I put for the week of
July 8 - 12 so I can keep track of when
then check boxes
the first says there are no changes in our schedule this week.
the second says we have the following changes in

our schedule this week with an adequate space for teachers to list any changes or additions to the normal schedule.
the third box says no assignments are missing
the fourth box says the following assignments are missing
the fifth box says no behavior problems
the sixth box says I'm having the following problems with so and so
and the last box says I need the following from you
the teachers can simply check the box as needed and fill in appropriate boxes. It sure has made my life easier and my kids are always where they need to be when the schedule has been changed.
