We are allowed to leave at 3:30 pm on Friday afternoons, and we usually have to stay until 4:30 pm for monthly faculty meetings. We also have to cover morning duty (8:00-8:30 am) one week out of every six, so on those weeks, we really have to arrive by 7:30 am to have any prep time.

Of course, like many teachers, I'm often at school until 5:00 or 6:00 pm!
