I sent my materials to 10 districts. I went to every job fair I could. I got two preliminary interviews from the job fair but they led no where. I resent my materials to two schools when they had openings listed on their web sites. I got interviews at both. I got a second interview at both but no job offer. I don't want to resend all my materials to schools but I am thinking that I may have to do just that...it seems that applying for a specific opening is the way to get the interview. How to be the one picked? Who knows the answer to that?
