I send home a monthly newsletter including curriculum news, class and school events and often information on the importance of reading, a nice poem for inspiration, or other ideas that parents can use. I use micosoft publisher there are a variety of layouts and newsletters to choose from and it is very user friendly. You can even add clip art or scanned photos if you like.Grade one is awesome!!
