I too make a template on the computer. I plug in all of my special area classes, lunch, recess, etc . I then make copies take it to KINKO'S and have them put on a nice cover and binder. It cost about $7.00 to make but it sure beats rewriting the same stuff every week and it's EXACTLY the way I want it.
