Interviewing is not so much what you say but how you say it. If you're being genuine and sincere, your personality will shine thru. We went thru a LONG series of interviews (one long distance conference call that lasted at least an hour!), to one gal who was in and out in 7 minutes. Believe it or not, the gal with the 7 minute interview was chosen to join our school community and has been nothing short of outstanding this year. Best of luck. ;-D
