good to hear it's working for you

Isn't it great that we can all dialogue about professional topics together and gather insight from one another to help us learn? I am so happy to hear that you, Jennie, have a model that is working for you and more importantly your students. That is great, and we certainly do need to all find a model that works best for our particular situation and our particular group of children. Let's all remember that by disagreeing as professionals we aren't attacking each other personally--this is professional, not personal. I'm not "passing judgement" so much as I am simply stating my opinion. It certainly wouldn't be possible (or for that matter desirable) for all teachers to possess the same philosophies about learning. Best of luck to you all!
