Masters

I teach in Orange County (very close to you) and just finished my Masters. In our district too, the degree does not make a huge pay difference in the early years, but get it! I am at eight years and it is making a $4000.00 difference. When you really get up there in years, the difference is closer to $10,000.00. I recommend getting it out of the way soon. In my case, I found it easier to get it done before my kids start baseball and soccer league schedules and such. Good Luck!
