I made a flower pot with a large flower with huge petals. Each petal had a job on it. I laminated it and then wrote student names each week with a Vis -a-Vis on each petal. You could also use a bulletin board titled "Mary,Mary Quite Contrary, How Does Your Garden Grow?" Make a huge garden and each flower growing has a student's picture in the center of it. You could use pipe cleaner stems to make it a little more 3-D.
