Ocean theme
By Kimberly

Clip to ScrapBook
I read the posts on the Busy Board and to add to that, you could use positive reinforcement in the form of "Fishing for Good Behavior". I used to have a little dog that was fishing and my students names were on the fish.

For an ocean activity (totally unrelated to behacior), we used meat trays as a backdrop. We glued sand to the bottom and hung fish from strings at the top. Then the kids cut out underwater plants from construction paper and we covered it with blue Saran Wrap. It made a really neat ocean picture.

Good luck!
