I don't think I could say any more than what the previous post stated- except - don't be afraid to follow someone else's lead. Introduce yourself to the other teachers and be willing to listen. This is my 4th year in 4th grade and I just realized that I am making my own way, changing the ways that I did thing when I was following the lead of another.Best of Luck! Fourth grade is the best!!
