rereading texts

Clip to ScrapBook
I can understand how you feel. Our school has a list of books that are read by each grade level so that there isn't any repetiton. However, as new books are published, and they have great ideas in them, many teachers read them as a read-a-loud. I don't think that Holes is an appropriate book for fourth grade students--call me old fashioned. It is a great book, but I think that there are other great books out there that are more on their maturity level.
