leveling library books
By cristina

Clip to ScrapBook
I leveled my library this year. What I did was divide my books into three groups - easy, medium, hard. After that, I divided each of those piles into three more. Then I put a different colored sticker in each and a number - ex yellow 1, yellow 2, yellow 3- for the easy book pile. It isn't an exact leveling process but it really helped the kids to pick a book that is likely to be in their range. It took a while but it was difinitly worth it!
