Some of the questions I was asked... By Roselyn

I am just fresh from interviews (2 this past week!) and some of the questions I was asked was:

-How would you respond if 50% of your students did poorly on a standardized test?
-How would you differentiate instruction for the different learning styles of your students?
-What is your teaching philosophy?
-How would you deal with irate parents?
-What is your classroom management style?
-How do you plan on continuing your education to ensure you are a successful teacher?
-What do you feel you have to offer my school and faculty?
