federal laws don't matter

I agree about waiting until you go back to tell. Just let them know in the fall that you found out over the summer and are planning on taking leave but will be ready to be back after the baby is born. I know that it is against the law for them to discriminiate...but I also know that districts can do whatever they want and claim other reasons. Good luck to you and CONGRATULATIONS!
