Don't make the mistake of buying cheap shelves...you'll be replacing them all the time.Sam's club sells a wonderful tall stainless unit on wheels. It will hold up to 600 pounds/shelf. It's around $80.00...I use tubs and dishpans to stack and store...The shelves have no sides, so I use bungee chords to wrap around...The janitors love me cause they don't have to lift heavy shelves to clean...The room has a hi tech, modern appearance.I've had mine for 2 years...like brand new.
