Croatia is a good country, mostly because it wasn't that long ago that they declared and won their independence from communism. They were once part of Yugoslavia. Plus it is a small country that no one knows much about. I know quite a bit about the culture and food as well as government because my father is from there. I am not sure how much info. can be found on the net though. You can email me if you want more information.
