Paragraph a week

I used this program with my 5th graders this year and it worked very well. I often feel I don't do enough creative writing in class and this was a great way to have the students do more writing. Parents really liked it, too, and were great about working with their student to edit their work. I am moving to fourth in the fall, looping to fifth the following year, so I am going to begin the program in the fall and plan to use it for two years. I really think I'll see an improvement in my students' writing.
