Science and critical thinking...
By Linda

Clip to ScrapBook

I do not know of specific current research about this, but I am confident that the critical thinking skills (Blooms, in particular) we teach in all other content areas is by no means to be tossed out when it comes to science! I rely heavily on our state's science framework, which stresses process skills in the context of child development: observing, communicating, comparing, ordering, categorizing, relating, inferring, and applying. Great resource!
