My advice is to take the job. Who knows, maybe you will not get any other offers...or if you turn this down, it may get around to other schools and could work against you. Besides, it will be a challange! Look at it as a way to improve yourself and your teaching skills. Even if you decide to leave next year, you will have great experience for your resume. Schools like to see teachers that have experience with ESL and at risk kids. Besides, these kids really need you more than high achieving english speaking kids.
