I attended this conference in Ontario, California, last year, and I loved it. I got quite a few great ideas from it. If Bill Halloran is at this year's conference, definitely check him out. The great thing about this conference is that you can skip out on one seminar if you don't like it and go in search of another one. And, they give you all the speakers' handouts in a big book, so even if you miss someone you wanted to see, you still can get great ideas.
