This is the VENT board and I feel that Jay is venting. I don't think that we should use that tone with him. There are much nicer ways to say what you said (Renee) than being so negative toward him. He is an adult. Jay, if you feel you need to write him a letter then do it. I don't suggest sending it though. Renee is right when she says don't burn your bridges. Word does get around. Try to keep a good attitude and find another job. Good Luck
