Teaching 5th grade

I LOVE teaching fifth grade. In the beginning of the year, they are still young enough to seek and want your acceptance, yet mature enough to handle independent work. By the end of the year, you see them mature so much. Besides the kids being at a wonderful age, I really like the curriculum. I think you will enjoy this age group.
