IT will be a challenging and rewarding job. It does take a special person to work with these ESL and title 1 kids....are you up to the challenge? I work in an at risk school....the only one in our entire district and I love it...I love the diversity and the ethnicity....and the things the kids teach me about their religion, holidays etc.... I have had opportunities to move to other schools in our district, have visited, paid attention to the little things and have decided to stay put where the kids really need me... I hope that helps you some?
