Ignorance
By Kelly

Clip to ScrapBook
You must be kidding!!!! Do you have any idea the amount of responsibility that principals have? They are not only instructional leaders they are also responsible for budgeting, overall school climate, babysitting incompetent
teachers, listening to whiny teachers all the while trying to run a school.

From my years of experience with 4 different principals, I find that the teachers that do not like principals are the ones not doing their job or trying to get away with something. I bet if you did your job with effective lesson planning, good classroom management, and completing paperwork on time, you wouldn't

even know your principal existed unless you needed them. So how about instead of attacking someone doing a job you couldn't do how about doing your own job well.

BY THE WAY... I agree with Cathy-Dee, if you post in one place you do not need to post everywhere else. Those of us that visit multiple boards get mired down in reading the same posts over and over and don't get to respond to the people on here that deserve to get responses.

Let me just end by saying that, I hope that Jay or Sam don't end up working at my school.
