Your posts never fail to amaze me. Send him an angry letter? Come on! Move on! Retain some of your dignity and act like an adult. There are good principals and bad principals, just like in every other career there are good bosses and bad. If you don't like the one you have, pick up and go! There are many good principals out there, but if you burn your bridges and show THAT attitude you will never be hired by one. Word gets around, you know.
