Temperature
By Amanda K.

Clip to ScrapBook
In my class, we set a thermometer outside and leave it there for ten minutes, then record the temperature during calendar time. This tends to perk it up a bit because the kids like guessing what the temperature is going to be. We do calendar right after lunch, so they get the whole morning to guess. We also write down our record high and record low, and the kids get excited if they think they are close to breaking the record.
